In the early morning hours of August 1st, 2012, I began to receive a barrage of text and Facebook messages from old high school friends. At first I simply ignored them thinking I was tagged in another one of those ridiculous mass message Facebook posts but as my phone continued to vibrate uncontrollably I eventually picked it up to see what all the fuss was about. As I perused through my notifications I quickly realized that one of the videos some friends and I had made in high school had been used the night before on the season finale of Tosh.0 (A TV Show on Comedy Central)! After some quick searching online, I was able to locate the clip where our video was used on the show and to my amazement, not only was it featured in the season finale, it was the big sendoff used at the very end of the show. I’m not sure how or where Comedy Central got ahold of this clip as the only company I’ve given permission to use it was a film production company, now defunct, known as “In Decline” but I decided to let it slide (though I did upload a copy of the clip being used in the show to my YouTube channel as I feel that is a pretty fair exchange). I’ve attached the clip below for everyone to see and enjoy but as most of you already know, it is pretty graphic so viewer discretion is advised!
