While browsing the internets one day I ended up finding myself on a message board discussing an upcoming event in Goliad, Texas called the Texas Mile. I had never heard of this before so I looked it up and what I found peaked my interest beyond belief. Twice a year cars could go and drive flat out down a runway at an old airport less than 200 miles away from where I lived. I've always been a fan of any and all forms of motorsport since as far back as I can remember. From go-karts to Formula 1, I love watching, learning, and partaking in every event I possibly can. NASCAR is no exception and early in 2010 when I realized that I had an upcoming open weekend coinciding with a NASCAR race at Texas Motor Speedway, I seized on the opportunity to attend! Driving a Dream

I've loved cars for as far back as I can remember and its always been one of my lifelong dreams to own one of the few that I spent hours drooling over as a kid. Thanks to games like Need For Speed and GranTurismo, the Lotus Elise found itself among this group. Arguably one of the greatest driver cars, the Lotus looks the part and more than follows through with its capabilities behind the wheel.
